All donations made through churchevents.com.au are final and non-refundable.

Event Tickets and Registrations

  • Refund Eligibility: Refund policies are set by the individual event organizers, not by churchevents.com.au.
  • Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a refund according to that organizer’s stated policy.
  • Requesting Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to the event organizer. We act as a platform and do not process refunds directly.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact the event organizer directly using the contact information provided on the event page
  2. Clearly state your order details and reason for the refund request
  3. The organizer will process your request according to their policy

Our Role
churchevents.com.au serves as a platform connecting attendees with event organizers. We are not responsible for issuing refunds. Our responsibility is limited to providing the platform for transactions.

Disputes
